    Job Information

    • Set up selling plan for the company’s products (Software, Hardware and IT Solutions) to SME in different sectors.
    • Set up the company’s long term plan and vision.
    • Preparation and supervise sales cycle (Customer’s proposal, Tender’s Proposal, Customer’s follow up, Sales and purchasing paper work).
    • Supervise and closely monitored the salesmen and department’s paper works.
    • Contact new Customers by any means of marketing tools (Calls, Visits, E-mail shooting)
    • Prepare sales report needed (weekly/Monthly/quarterly reports).
    • Handling business day to day issues.
    • Handling and Follow up the customers’ issues (Outstanding Account Receivables, Letter of Guarantee, and customers’ Complaint).
    • Identify, appropriately escalate, and ensure resolution of issues.
    • Attending Tenders and representing the company in some assigned tasks.
    • Accomplish the organization missions by completing related tasks as needed.
    • Complete other task as assigned.
    Communications :
    – With Sales team, Purchasing, IT department and GM
    Reporting :
    – Reporting to: Company Management as assigned.
    – Report what: Sales Report / states / issues.

    Qualification/Required Documents :
    – 3 Years Working experience in Sales and 1Year in managerial position preferable in the same field.
    – Excellent communication skill.
    – Excellent Negotiation skill.
    – Good Personality, energetic and work under target stress.
    – Multi Task Person.
    – Micro soft Word/Excel and Power Point skills.
    – English language is a must.
